Returns, Cancellations & Product Information

Returns & Product Issues

We do not offer returns on any products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and will do our best to help.

You must contact us before sending any items back. We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please note that the address listed on your package is not our return address, and items sent there will not be received.

Returns will only be considered if:

  1. You have contacted us first;

  2. We have approved the reason for the return; and

  3. We have provided you with the correct return address.

Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges and the administrative costs associated with preparing your order.

Block of the Month Programs

We do not accept cancellations at any point in the program for any Block of the Month programs. By subscribing, you are committing to the full program and are unable to cancel before or during the subscription period.

Duties & Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges associated with their order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to these charges.

Product Photography & Colour Accuracy

We strive to represent colours as accurately as possible by using supplier-provided images and photographing our products in bright, natural lighting.

However, colours may vary slightly between screens and devices, so we cannot guarantee that the fabric colour you receive will appear exactly as it does on your monitor.

Digital products are not refundable for any reason

Returned, Refused, and Unclaimed Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for monitoring tracking information once an order has shipped.

If an order is returned to Willow Cottage Quilt Co. due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay applicable duties or taxes, or failure to claim the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.

Upon receipt of a returned package, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

Returned or unclaimed orders will be held for a maximum of six (6) months from the date the package is received back by Willow Cottage Quilt Co.

If we do not receive instructions from the customer within this six-month period, the order will be considered abandoned. The contents may be returned to inventory, and no refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, carrier fees, and any costs incurred due to the return of the package are non-refundable.

Custom-cut fabric, block-of-the-month programs, club shipments, special orders, and other items prepared specifically for a customer remain subject to our standard cancellation and return policies and may not be eligible for refund even if returned as unclaimed.
