
We do not offer returns on any products, however, if there's an issue with the product you received, please contact us as we will always want to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
You MUST contact us before sending back any items. We DO NOT accept returns. Our address listed on the packages you receive from us is not our return address and we will not receive items sent to the wrong address. We will not accept anything shipped back to us unless you have discussed this with us and we have provided the return address to you and approved the reason for the return.
If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, we charge a 10% restocking fee to cover costs we have already had to pay to process your payments, plus the costs associated with preparing an order that is then not shipped.
We do not accept any cancellations on block of the month programs. When you subscribe to a Block of the Month program, you are unable to cancel at any point before or during the program.
Buyers are responsible for any duties or customs fees on shipments. We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to these charges.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from screen to screen, so we cannot guarantee the fabric colour will appear exactly as shown on your monitor. We use supplier stock photos or bright natural lighting when photographing our own products to represent colours as accurately and true-to-life as possible.
