Tilda Basics collections are designed to be great companions to our other collections and a new Tilda concept is Vintage Nursery, which uses Poppyseed and Brie Basics with fabrics from the Creating Memories range for a collection of charming pillow designs. The mix of fabrics gives a scrappy, vintage look that is very attractive. The pillow designs use appliqué for flower and animal motifs and if you enjoy creating your own projects, the rabbits, dogs, cats and elephants can be interchanged for different looks. A page of appliqué designs is included showing these animals. This small Flowerfield Pillow uses a charcoal-coloured background and is so sweet with its elephant and bird among the flowers. The appliqué alphabet provided allows you to change the letter to one of your choice to suit the recipient. Some sweet buttons are used for decoration. This large Flowerfield Pillow uses a charcoal-coloured background with pretty flowers surrounding a cute rabbit and puppy. The daisy flowers use buttons for their centres.
*Kit contains all the fabric for the quilt top and back. The cushion form, batting, lining fabric (optional) and notions necessary to complete the project are not included. The buttons are included.
The pattern is available as a free download on tildasworld.com. A printed pattern is not included (Tilda has very strict rules and we are not allowed to print the pattern to include in the kit)
