In this class you will make the Zip It Up! project tote. Included in the class is the pattern, 5 hours of instruction by Laurie, and the soft and stable, vinyl, fusible interfacing, zipper, and mesh required for the project. You will need to provide your own fabric from your stash or purchase fabric during class. Please see fabric requirements below. The fabric is not included in the price, to allow you the flexibility of using your own fabric if desired.
*Class takes place on December 3rd from 10am-3pm
*You MUST have your own sewing machine!
*fabric you will need to bring (or purchase) is 1/2 yard of main fabric, 1/2 yard of lining fabric, 1/2 yard of contrasting fabric (for the binding and borders). These requirements are based on 42" wide fabric.
*We highly recommend bringing or purchasing a stiletto tool to help with construction. These are available in the shop if needed.
*Bring a bagged lunch (we have a fridge and microwave on site) and whatever snacks and drinks you would like. This is not included in the class.
