This spacious tote features layered exterior pockets and generous interior compartments. The long continuous handle creates a comfortable shoulder strap, while the structured shape makes the bag practical for everyday use. Embellishments such as ruffle trim, ribbon or labels can be used on front of the bag. The embroidered applique option for the bottom pocket is a very beautiful option for a special handmade tote.
The kit includes the fabrics needed to complete the layered tote. The Strawberry verion includes the DMC floss for the applique and embroidery feature, plus the extra fabric to stitch the motif on to. The Gooseberry version includes the ruffle ribbon and the Currant Dance version includes the label. There are three tote options. The pattern is in the Fruity Quilts book which you MUST have (the pattern is NOT included with this kit).
