*This is a beautiful applique project with a simple pieced background and borders. The kit is inspired by Verna's original, using similar colours and fabrics. However, she has used her fabric stash to create this beauty, so our kits will not be identical, but will be just as stunning. I've collected the perfect fabrics for this kit for months and am using many of my treasured and saved Tilda fabric, and more. The binding, inner border fabrics are identical to Verna's, and the sashing is different (as what Verna used is no longer available) but are two prints she recommended I substitute with and very similar to the original. The outer border fabric is not Spongecake teal as seen in the picture (as this is sold out at the warehouse) but is the very close Scone Stripe teal.
*This kit includes all you need for the top and binding, the backing is not included. You will require 3.75 yards of backing. The exact backing Verna used is available as a backing set on the website. The kit also includes the professionally printed pattern.
